Jennison Corporation was founded in 1983 by Tom Jennison. Growing up in the original family tool and die business located in Pittsburgh's historic South Side, taught him the importance of integrity, confidence, respect and pride in every customer relationship.
Jennison Corporation is located a couple miles West of Pittsburgh in Carnegie, PA with all-encompassing capabilities stemming from our machinery, skilled personnel, and local manufacturing partners. Expert machinists, combined with a sophisticated computerized shop floor system and a large network of material and service vendors, allows us to provide specialized, high quality, precision products from a huge range of metals, plastics, and composites. Jennison's custom parts department excels at low-volume, complex, and intricate parts, and is experienced in processing exotic or difficult materials such as cobalt and nickel alloys, UHMW PE, and machinable ceramics. Meanwhile, our production department specializes in higher-volume CNC mill and lathe work, and we have a large number of stamping presses available for long runs of blanking or progressive dies, which we make and service ourselves. See our equipment list below for an overview of some of our machining equipment. For a full list of equipment and capabilities, visit our website or ask us directly. We will be happy to evaluate your needs and give you professional, experienced feedback on your job or project.
Jennison aims to be your one-stop shop for the finished parts you need, and is prepared to work with you to meet your manufacturing requirements, whatever they might be. Jennison Corporation offers full service tool & die, stamping, wire/conventional EDM, CNC machining and precision laser cutting capabilities, as well as a full complement of manual machinery and a fully-equipped inspection center. Jennison also has limited capability in heat treating, painting/coating, welding, assembling, and engineering/design services. We have strong relationships with dozens of other vendors to provide any services we do not offer ourselves, including but not limited to gear hobbing, broaching, casting and forging, routing and waterjet cutting, plating and anodizing, screw and swiss machining, and more. We routinely make parts for aerospace, DoD, and pharmaceutical applications, and are prepared to meet the most stringent government or industry specifications and standards.
Ask us to find the best way to make your parts, and save yourself the trouble.
